The Food Hygiene for Shrimp Fishermen course has been specifically written for the industry by ESTA, who are one of the Seafish Approved Training Providers.
The cost of the course is £20 per person. Individuals or Shrimp Processing companies can apply via the Shrimp Hygiene application form found below.
